Eve just goes back to monitoring the inhibitor.

 

It's doing its job. Nothing else to really see.

 

Eve checks the magic consumption of the battery of the inhibitor, magic being its power source.

 

At the rate it's going, it'll run out in roughly 13 hours and 26 minutes.

 

Eve records this, before checking the edge of the respite.

 

It's still waivering somewhat, but it's stabilizing. Though, only the kingdom is covered once again.

 

Eve records this too, before flying back to the inhibitor and waiting.

 

"And a person is a person, a raptor is a raptor, everything sounds so simple when you put it that way."

"Huh...?"
Crystal still seems a bit disoriented.

 

Nothing happens.

The respite seems to have come back.
"Wait... what the hell?"

"Void to Sweetheart, you're in my chambers." Xlentia says.

 

Eve just continues to wait.

 

"How convenient. Well, you can come out if you want to, in going to go see what's happening."
I say, takin flight up to the Inhibitor.

"What happened?"
Crystal asks, getting his bearings.

 

Below, things slowly seem to be becoming less tense; at least doors are opening.

Eve just watches, waiting.

"Hello." Eve greets, sitting by the inhibitor.

 

"Oh, thanks!"
Crystal smiles.

"Hey. So AJ did what he said he would."
I state, sitting near Eve.

 

"Yes, but I fear someone may be working to destroy this. A magic user whom I've been restricted from killing has threatened to damage or destroy the inhibitor, and has been especially rude to me for no reason." Eve explains.

 

"Get any reason from them?"

 

"You never told her your name." Sapphire says, uncloaking.

"So, what's going on?" She asks, smiling as Ragnyon hobbles out of her chambers.

 

Crystal doesn't take note.
"Linoa and I just finished training. I was thinking of hanging out with you, or growing a bit."

 

"Well, sure! What do you want to do?" Xlentia asks, removing the sign from her door.

 

"You said you were talking to some foxes, what was that about?"
Crystal asks.
