Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

Since I have finished the chant, as far as I need to anyway, I make the dark aura surrounding me more powerful using one spell. Then I created a cloud of choking black mist, which I send after the copy.

 

The amulet works just fine.
...you just overshot the jump. Mind the fall.

That attack blocked, the copy rushes you, red orbs in her hands.

-On the ground...-
"Ihra, that's unnecessary."
"Bigger picture."
"Explain later."

The remaining copy is caught by the cloud and falls to the ground.

"MOTHER! I'm 18 years old! I can handle this by myself!"

 

"Gah! Take this you fiend!" I say as I try to slash my sword in the air

 

"We lost Jeffery, don't you dare risk yourself!"

"You look pitiful." She mumbles as you completely miss.

 

"Your lucky Matthews not dead! Have you seen what he is doing lately?!?!"

 

"Same think can be said about you!" I say as I land on the ground

 

I back away from the copy, kiting lava as I do.

 

"Do do do, oh, um, I was just going home, don't mind me, um...." I say co pretty startled at the battle raging In front of Matthew's home

 

"Don't even..."

She dives hard in response to this.
One of her orbs gets thrown in the distance.

"Hmm? Pity this..."
Your right foot is encased in ice and it immediately goes numb.

"Don't get hit." Ihra mutters.

"Well played." I say as I put my sword next to the ice, melting it

 

"Fine! I have one in my room as well! Thanks for not helping Mom!" I scream as I open my door

 

OCC: I honestly have no idea if the orb is even getting thrown at me or to somewhere else :|
I move to dodge the orb.

 

"I'll try not too, BUT I CANT RESIST A BATTLE!" I scream as I charge into the battle shooting my Thunder Bow at an orb

This is an interesting story anyways, so I don't mind.

 

Now that the mist has downed the copy, I try to look for the original Feiha.

 

By the time you finish, one copy is on the ground, gasping for air.

OOC: Both.

Dodging the orb launched at you distracts you from the one thrown away from the battlefield... You lost sight of the clone.

As pointless as this is, the resulting explosion is satisfying to watch. There is, however, a downed copy on the ground.

You can only see the other copy vanish between two collapsing rings of light.
The downed copy is all that you're able to find for the time being.

Ihra's rings and glyphs collapse onto her now intensely glowing staff. She swings it at the downed copy of Feiha, launching a wave of energy that causes the copy to vanish.

 

"Well well, what do we have here?" I say as I ready my bow

 

Scorched earth. Ihra already destroyed that copy.
