I guessed a while ago that from the way the Feiha were described, that the Feiha are actually either a race or a mysterious group.

Since you're fighting her, I'll just describe Feiha's appearance here.

Her horn growth is longer than Vesius' and would qualify as a good trophy for a hunter. Her robe is lime green with black details, and her armament consists of four tomes.

Her skill list is absurdly long (like pretty much every draconian from the main storyline), so I'm not going to bother listing it.

(Ihra's mother has a notoriously long list, at least twice as long as every other one)

 

It's a South Park joke in which whenever Kenny dies (whixh is like every episode (and I don't watch this show personally, I know this from the Internet)) they say, My God! Those bastards! They killed Kenny!

Just realised something. I was looking through this thread to check to see if the Darklands stuff was here, then I noticed that you haven't got the info for Eras' Tome. Eras uses the tome to fire blasts of darkness at his enemies. He also creates choking dark mist which follows enemies. Note that his flying abilities and his summoning chants come from his personal abilities, not from using his tome.

 

Extra note: Some draconians will react to being engulfed in darkness (not lack of light) with both positive and negative possibilities/effects. While it'll bother them and they may think you're hostile, it may be a... way to kill time.
