Well I have now fixed my own problem! This is all of the Emeraldonian lore and what you need to know for now. Here it is folks:

Spoiler: Matthew "Rogue" Drevur

Early Childhood:
Ahem, 18 or so years ago Matthew Redmas was born along with his sister Katherine Redmas. Matthew had a good childhood, being separated from the rest of the world on the deserted island of Emeraldonia made him naive.
Late Childhood:
Eventually when he was 13 his father decided to train him to be ready for the horrors that lived beyond the island. He learned basic sword and bow combat. He eventually progressed to advanced sword fighting and was great with a bow, that was when his father decided to send him out to claim their family fortune.
Current History:
Eventually, during his last (known) battle, he broke down. After witnessing the death of a long-time friend *COUGH* JEREMY *COUGH* and the destruction of his home, he decided that if he couldn't protect his friends agains the monsters, bandits, and whatnot that he couldn't protect himself, so, secretly, in the night, he stole an Emeraldonian Battle Craft and booked it off the island and headed to a previously uncharted island.

Island History: Eventually on the island, he found a village named Vilagee (very creative), in Vilagee he met a lady, and fell in love with her. Eventually the two got married and Matthew took her last name, Drevur.

Present:
After (I'm gonna assume its 2 years, correct me if ya will.) two years of living on this island, training, getting ready, he came back.

Spoiler: Emeraldonian Weapons

Emerald Acid Blade:
70000 Years ago, there was a sword forged of pure acid, dipped in gold. It was enchanted so that no mere mortal shall hold the blade without horrible consequences. It was created to uphold peace and prosperity among the kingdoms, as several others were made and given to Emeraldonia's allies. Eventually every sword fell prey to time, and were lost. Except the original. It is a golden katana, with emeralds embedded into the hilt and part of the blade. The Redmas family crest is molded into the pommel. It's one and only weakness is bronze, which is a lesser metal.

Emeraldonian Katana: An Emeraldonian Katana is a katana made of a special alloy, known as Emerald Steel. This steel alloy is made by melting emeralds and steel together. Emeraldonian Katana's were used by the Emeraldonian Military and today are used by bandits and collectors. These katana's are commonly referred to as Emerald Katanas.

Emeraldonian Conductor: The Emeraldonian Conductor is a type of projectile weapon, that shoots large, metal, bolts. It is commonly referred to as a, Railgun. It works by using two magnetic coils to magnetically propel a projectile 7 times the speed of sound. All in the size of a rifle. Boom.

Spoiler: Emeraldonian Vehicles

Emeraldonian Battle Craft: An E.B.C. as its called, is a Emeraldonian war vehicle that was used during the Titan War and beyond, and is one of the many great innovations that Emeraldonia made. Only a few of them are left unfortunately, and most of them are in poor condition.

Emeraldonian HoverRail: A HoverRail is a type of small transportation used by Emeraldonians and in recent times, bandits. However back before Emeraldonia's downfall it was used as the main mode of transportation by Emeraldonians. Today however, most of them are destroyed, and the few that are left are used by collectors, bandits, or remaining Emeraldonians. Another way to put it is that they are basically a hovering motorbike.

100,000,000 years ago, Emeraldonia was a mighty nation, having spent most of its time being an isolated and peaceful nation away from the conflict of Bringr and Gargantuan, eventually, 70,000 years ago the Emerald Acid Blade was formed, and it was then that the Emeraldonian nation was declining at a rapid rate. The introduction of the Black Plague and a civil war ravaged the nation, sending scientists and the King panicking. Eventually in the year 60,000 B.V. (Im not giving up that timeline system!) the Plague and the Civil War was over, and the Emeraldonian nation started to incline again. Then for 40,000 years the nation was at its peak, having a high economy and was moretechnologically advanced than most other nations. 10,000 B.V. the Gargantuans grew jealous of Emeraldonian tech, the started plotting, and on the 14th day of the 6th month they attacked the capitol. The surprise attack decimated the population. Then they attacked in other locations. Eventually Emeraldonia was nothing more than a ruined nation of 1,000 people. They scattered across the land, not willing to stay at their ruined homes, but the Royal Family stayed. Eventually, at 0 B.V. Emeraldonia became the hotspot in a war between dimensions.

Spoiler: Emeraldonian Currency and Materials

The Emeraldonian nation used to use the type of currency known as Doubloons, or pure gold coins. The Emeraldonian Doubloon IRL would be worth at least 50 dollars if they were still being produced, but if they weren't like in the RP they would be priceless. In the current state of things Emeraldonian Doubloons are a rare form of currency usually found in ancient Emeraldonian ruins or shipwrecks.

Emeraldonian Steel, also known as Emerald Steel, is a special alloy made by melting emeralds and steel together. When Emeraldonian emeralds are used to make this, is becomes as highly prized metal. Also Brisingr emeralds will provide the same type of metal, sometimes, even better due to its highly volcanic condition. And now Brisingr Emerald Steel is more prized than Emeraldonian Steel sense Brisingr is gone. Emeraldonian Steel was used in the creation of all Emeraldonian machines, and most Emeraldonian weapons.

Spoiler: Rogue's Attacks and Items (Because I am bored)

Attacks:
1: Slash: A basic sword swing, it can be used in different ways as well, because, ya know. You can do what you want with a sword. Because his sword is made of acid, the slash cuts through most anything.

2: Earthquake: Using the power of the Amulet of Acid he is able to shift small amounts of the planets crust to its will, making small, localized, earthquakes. Can also be used to create walls of stone to protect himself.

3: Ancient's Wrath: Using the power of the Ancient Magic inside the Emerald Acid Blade and the Amulet of Acid he is able to channel the Ancient's wrath into one powerful sword strike that would kill most anyone. The downfall is that if Rogue uses it, it will drain all of his energy and he will be unable to fight again rainging from a few minutes to days.

tbh this thread is still a work in progress, I just have life getting in the way. The worst part is school hasn't even started.

I've bookmarked this page and I'll put this and possibly more on Emeraldonia up on the first few posts. I tried to keep things short here (comparatively; it's this or 700+ pages), largely skipping weapon details unless it's included in a block of text.

 

Yeah, the best ya need to know about my weapon is that it can cut through most things. Because its a sword. So thats kinda obvious. And for now I think I won't bring up the convoluted and highly confusing Emeraldonian lore and story... Because we all know I went kinda overboard with that. (Hell, I can't remember half of it.) So anyways, um, (If you hear that its the sound of my brain farting because I can't remember anything.) Yeah thats it.

 

Hmm, a sword that can cut through most things? That's quite interesting.

My character's weapon (named Shadow Katana) can cut through literally anything, even reality itself, while at the same time, it can't even cut warm butter.

 

Yeah, it was a sword forged of pure acid, dipped in gold. It was enchanted so that no mere mortal shall hold the blade without horrible consequences. Yeah if ya hold it your hand melts off and sense the blade is made of acid you can't sheath it. The one thing it can't cut through though is bronze, pure bronze to be correct. So if it is an alloy it will take a while to cut through. So all ya with a bronze sword your a lucky ducky ya hear!

 

Don't you mean like...bronze armour?

Anyway, Shadow Katana is a paradoxical weapon, granted upon Shadow Aj by [REDACTED] and is bound to him; so he can summon it back to his hand or its sheath should it get taken.

Only now do I realise I have a lot to explain about Shadows to you because there hasn't been an opportunity in the RP yet...

 

Yeah, but I think that post I did where I put my information is where ill put the Emeraldonian lore, well... COPY AND PASTE TIME! And yes anything made of bronze (except alloys) I can cut through. Including armor, buildings, and whatnot.

 

I'd suggest you use the handy dandy 'Reply' button or '+Quote' button in the bottom left of messages so people know you've replied to their message directly. Reply instantly puts the message in your reply box, whereas +Quote will put it in your 'Multiquote' where you'll need to press the 'Insert Quotes' button in the bottom right of your reply box.

Well then, I just reallized that I used to suck at making dates, (I checked the Void Rift Report, I think I might scrap most of the Emeraldonian cannon sense its confusing as hell XD). Anyways ill be working on the revamp.

 

Ok now a lot of the NEW and IMPROVED lore is on the post. Its relatively the same as before but with less, ah, confusing details.
