I tagged everyone because I'm not sure who doesn't get alerts from this anymore.
But now, here we go (and yes I got permission to do this):

Character Name: Crystal

Race: Identifies itself as a rock

Abilities: A variety of well-rounded magic abilities, but nothing too huge

Weapon: Mainly himself and his magic

Position In Community: Stranger, but not one that is shunned upon

Lore: Crystal used to be a piece of a very rare, colorful type of crystal formed on one of the Outcast Isles. Something, even it's not entirely sure what, formed into the crystal, which proceed to produce a human-like figure, made from that crystal. This creature knew not much about the world, excluding what little things the strange life force inside of him told him. How to walk, what he was, and what he was based after, were the things that this life force told him. Unfortunately, Crystal no longer communicates with this force. But for the time being, he did. And he communicated, never inquiring what this force was, or why it had made him. Soon, this life force asked Crystal if it wanted to learn any magic. Crystal was curious. So, being curious, it answered yes, that it wanted to learn magic. So, this force taught Crystal some minor magic. Crystal wasn't the best learner when it came to magic, so the life force stuck to mainly basic things, such as setting a small fire, growing small plants, and creating tiny splashes in water. After starting small, the life force taught Crystal more advanced things, such as manipulating water, summoning small bolts of electricity, and creating a wisp to light up a small area. During this time, Crystal learned from the force how to change its shape and appearance, a shape-shifting ability, if you will. Although, the life force warned Crystal, the smaller it goes, the harder it is to reform and cast other spells. Crystal didn't much like being smaller anyways. This shape-shifting ability allowed Crystal to regenerate, by sprouting rocks out of the ground, putting them into the wounds or gaps, and letting the crystals that made Crystal slowly cover up the rock, eventually turning it into the crystals its body is made out of. Crystal learned many other things, but nothing terrain-charging or life-gripping. Later in Crystal's life, a dragon figured out about the growing of crystals on the island. The dragon came to the island, and Crystal hid amongst the other crystals, not knowing that the dragon was after exactly that. The dragon took as many crystals as it could, which ended up including Crystal. The dragon took the crystals and brought them back to the Ryex Mountains, where the dragon stashed his gems and loot. Eventually the dragon left, presumably to find more gems, or loot, or something. But it didn't matter to Crystal, because that was when Crystal escaped the cave, and went on to roam free, and experience life for himself. This is also when the life force that made him ceased communicating with him. Eventually, living on his own, Crystal learned how to strengthen his powers, being able to do things like flashing a powerful light, letting water carry him around, creating gusts of wind that helped him run, rooting himself to the ground, and much more, but he never seemed to get a hold of flying. He also learned to do some fun things, such as lighting up his eyes or creating a small dancing earthen puppet.

Crystal is about 5 feet and 4 inches tall. It has the form of a human, yet it is still made of the crystals that made it. Nothing is different than a human's body, excluding its eyes and its coloring. Its coloring is a light purple, yet he can camouflage to a green color courtesy of the life force. His eye, however, are always a rainbow, the colors constantly swirling around in his eyes. Also, his eyes are beady, and larger than a human's.

Settlement: Doesn't really have one.

You don't mean to say the stuff happening in [REDACTED] is actually part of the RP, do you?

Then I guess it can be listed as 'Alternate Timeline Shenanigans' to prevent paradoxes / me forgetting what happened and screwing something up.
Also so if something happens with [REDACTED], [REDACTED] won't have to meet them again and have it be ages since [REDACTED] last saw them.

Fun Fact about Water Guardians:

They were the reason the Titanic sunk. It was a carefully planned event, and they created and moved an iceberg into the path of the Titanic.

 

They must've been a really cold set of people to do that.
