Vip+ Issue Still Unresolved

    Well I bought that VIP+ upgrade yesterday at aug 22 and still has not taken effect in game, plus the account is now banned because i tried to report the issue through paypal and i have been accused of a chargeback, which was not my intention of doing.

    Already send emails to support team but sadly no progress on this part. is there any way that i can get in contact with a staff member directly from this forum that can resolve this issue?

    okay for starters it should still be aug 22 for you? and you will just have to wait for a reply from the support team.

    Payment was made yesterday, it is aug 23 now the last email i got from the support team was 22 hours ago. no updates since then

    I have been doing since August 20 that I bought the vip + I sent 2 email to the support and still not answered

    Wait a bit more, they are humans, they have other things to do, there are other emails, Wynncraft has +1.5m unique joins. From what I know only one person replies to emails. We can't really solve anything here, payyments are private information.
