I suppose that if you look at the feautures indirectly, you may find it violating. Although, these features are not active advantages. The EULA states that gameplay restriction to "regular" players is forbidden, which this isn't. Every player is able to play the same quests, explore the same land and experience the same mechanics.
What VIPs get is maybe in the long term extra money, and extra space. You might find this violating, but from my perspective these purchases of VIP are not giving direct advantages, since what they have can be achieved by regulars still. (I am struggling with the extra bank space, so let's put it in the grey zone for now.)

I see. I can understand where you are coming from. I suppose whether or not the "extra LE & corrupted treasure" can be both abiding by the EULA and violating it depending on your viewpoint. There is still the matter of the "Grey zones" of specific areas, though. ;P

For the extra space, you can have 4 more classes inventory + 1 bank for only 20$ !... by buying a second Minecraft account
