    Whimsy isn't the strongest of wands, but hell if it isn't effective. Great XP bonus, gret Walk Speed, stealing...it's much more functional than offensive but hey, nothing wrong with that, right?

    With "this wand" I meant Whimsy, as in it's great Walk Speed. Whimsy is one of my main wands because of it's Walk Speed and XP. Squall's Breath is better in terms of Walk Speed, but Whimsy deals more damage.

    i just saying that wand (cyclone) with T6 powders can do ez 7-8-9k air dmg ^^
