    look at that wand i do some math and this wand with 3 T6 air powders is do 148-184 air dmg and its very fast attck speed so its pretty good (i do with no powders 6k air dmg with no build for this )
    i think its will be a good wand for air build this instead a whimsy

    Well you could have multiple classes and I think the 2/4 mana 10% air dmg and is double the damage of this wand I think that compensates for the 1 less tear attackspeed
