    So i read a book a while back called uprooted; written by naomi novice, it features a "corrupted" forest that had a mind of its own; spreading fast, anything that inhaled corrupted spores, ate corrupted crops, etc started going crazy, and would become twisted and corrupted. they would then merge with the consciousness of the forest as a sort of drone. Sound familiar?

    Anyways wondering if anyone here read it.
