    What if #1 and #2 become one quest? There could be something about a villager living in the house and other npcs in Dogovi that you have to talk to. At least that would make sense to me, also remember that this is would I think of and it's most likely not going to be added.

    hmm, an interesting idea. they are close by too. the only thing that would conflict that is that the house on that lava lake is clear and built up but the one near rodoroc is just a traveler's area (with perfect space for a quest npc ;) ). They just have contrasting elements and clearly different backstories.
