World Unused Quest Item

Ok so. This is a very short idea. You can remove the quest items IF you really wish too. Soem of the quest item can't be use anymore and cannot be taken out of your inventory or bank and it's pretty much all over it.

The idea is : Halkus the Trader of the Void.

• Lore (I don't know why but yes) : He's in every town/city hiding in somewhere. Silence, Dark, etc. Only appears at night time. Not many people know him.

After you talk with him. you can put any QUEST ITEM inside.
- You need to click CONFIRM 2 times. to make sure that you really want to delete this item.
- You can only trade with him 3 times a day.

and the dialogue will pop up.
[Halkus] : *Wynnic language*
[Halkus] : Don't say "I Shouldn't do that" now. You make your own decision.

If you finish the 3 trades.
[Halkus] : Bad stuff huh? look like it's not important.
[Halkus] : ...My spell run out. you can't trade with the VOID anymore.

Ok but you should be fully unable to trade quest items if you currently need them and also people would abuse this by doing /fixquests to get the items back, generating infinite emeralds. Also you can get infinite quest items with the command anyway. If this was announced in the next update and it was said that fixquests would be fixed people would just stockpile quest items using /fixquests and sell them. I think that to stop it from breaking the economy he gives you a tier 1 powder rather than emeralds. Or maybe, building off the Kilton reference, he could give you a special sub currency sort of like Gold and Craftmas gifts called Dark Emeralds that are worth 0 emeralds and he gives you untradeable items for this. I'm not sure if this would be best for deleting quest items, maybe junk items instead.

Since junk items are basically removed and are only found in special quest areas now, by junk items I mean weapons you don't need anymore as an alternative to scrap for those players like me who don't craft.

He could have an extra quest item voider that gives you nothing in return for quest items.

Yes, I noticed that you never mentioned money. But he's a trader. It only makes sense if he gives you something in return.

 

What if you get some Gemstone or some ingredients. Gemstone might be a new thing and I don't want to add more new stuff. It makes my inventory messier. Also, not many people doing profession (like me). And your powder idea sounds cool too. the thing is we will definitely not giving emeralds to the player.

Maybe we can trade off some items that can't be sell to blacksmith? (Some of the Untradable Items can be sell. I don't know if they change it or not) We can have options to sell or buy stuff from him (It can't be OP stuff. Then everyone would probably buy it. And that's not the point why we discard the quest items. Not many quest items should be thrown off anyways). If you sell it you will have Emerald Dust (Void monster consume emeralds and turn it into ashes/dust?) / Dark Matter (because you trade with the void). You can trade new accessories with that. Or anything.


I have Mystic Treasure. I don't remember the quest tho. (I left wynncraft for about 3-4 months because I really don't know what to do in that time.) It's the Item which it needs to disappear during the quest.

Well, That's the thing tbh. Now some of the items will get throw away if anyone don't really needs it. I didn't think enough. Thanks for the comment.
