I actually used the translator to get all of that. According to the translator Blodhrae (sorry for no symbols) means can, not having anything to do with spitting blood whatsoever.

 

Could you show us the link. That can hardly be possible.

 

By the way, I was simplifying it a bit at the end. It said 'These following words' not 'this book'.

 

No, I mean the can. I see that blódhræ results in "Old English blódhræ Modern English can" but that only seems to be like a placeholder.
Cause:
"canne Weak Feminine Noun 'can cup'" and the verb is cann.

 

If Tanti used the translator to make it it'll use blodhrae as can, probably.

 

But I hope he'd rather use the word which is exactly marked as the verb rather than some random word. :D

 

In a perfect world he would and everything would be jolly.
However, there is at least probably some truth in him using blodhrae as can because he liked the post.

I did check with other people, but I can't patch it anyways without potentially breaking the quest for anyone holding onto Bob's Diary.

 

Surely very few people will hold onto it so you can swap them out manually? Or let them restart the quest and make the old one into a collectible? Idk, I just like seeing things fixed.

 

Neither which are in my power, unsure if those options are possible at all.

There's nothing I can do, but it's still completely translatable, just difficult to do so.

 

I think it's not necessary fix the quest. Very few people will want to read it and when they do they'll head to the forums anyway, I think. :D

Yeah, but it's still uncomfortable to have a wrong translation. It's like to translate a text from english to chinese with the google translator. You'll be able to understand it, but it's still wrong. :D
