Maybe ultra-powerful crafted items? I mean, ranks are fine but they're pretty damn expensive, and giving them LE/mythics would make their donations pointless xD, maybe a paypal reward or some thing? I honestly don't know, I can't expect you guys willing to buy PS4s or IPhone 7/8/X as rewards xD

I'm sorry, i think that sentence is being misinterpreted. It's not meant to insult anyone and it was meant purely as a satirical joke. Please if you were planning on donating, dont decide not to just because of this once sentence on the thread. Wynncon is an event created by the community, and the quote does not reflect the Wynncon giveaway's goals or wishes.

 

I'm not quite sure how this sentence makes you not want to donate. As Suda said, the sentence was just a joke. It wasn't supposed to be taken seriously.
Also, Pathos is actually a common rhetoric. It doesn't always have a negative connotation to it. It can have a neutral or even a positive connotation, as the same for all other rhetoric techniques.

 

That joke was poorly executed and paints a bad image as it looks manipulative. Also, insulting him was not cool, and I think you should apologize and should change that line. I’m sure you had no bad intentions but it is for the best if you change that line, before many others read into the line like he did.

I Apologize for the manipulative nature of the quote, just removed it. if it's worth anything, I would like to note that I was not the one who wrote that particular phrase, and the person who did left the Wynncon team a few weeks ago.
