Unlocking Spells

im a lvl 32 mage. I recently unlocked the tp spell but I didn't realise how. I decided to look up any other spells that I could unlock. I found that there were 2 more including the ice snkae and meteor. it said I should be high enough lvl to use the meteor spell but it says I havnt unlocked this spell. im just hoping that someone can help me out and tell me how to unlock the meteor/ ice snake spell.

The level you are looking at is your total level, combined combat and all professions. The one you unlock spells on is only combat so you will have only unlocked teleport so far (and obviously the starting heal)

 

You unlock spells when you are high enough level.
