Unable To Edit With "more Options" In Forums (blocked By Xss Auditor)

Hey guys,


I have been running into this issue whenever I am trying to edit some of my really long posts using the "More Options" button (typically I use it because it allows me to preview the thread and have much more customizability). I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue of this as well.

To quote, these two are the posts that I have tried to edit with More Options but Chrome would always keep blocking me for. All of them have a lot of imgur images, which is the main thing I use for sharing screenshots. All of them have a few links as well.

This issue has been quite persistent and has been happening for a few months now, which is annoying as it makes me unable to edit some of my posts effectively.

I was wondering if anyone has any good solutions for this. I am using Google Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit), using Windows 8.

So far, I have found two solutions, one which involves --disable-xss-auditor. But that involves disabling an automatic security function of Google Chrome that protects Cross Scripting Attacks which I find is quite sketch. But I am currently using this anyways.

Another solution is to use a different browser from Google Chrome like Mozilla or Internet Explorer. But truly Google Chrome is the superior one (except for this, damn!).

Ironically I also cannot edit this post using the "More Options" button as well upon testing. I think it has something to do with the links

just did my best to edit it without pressing "more options" or whatever that button is
