Warrior/Knight Help Ultimate Thrundacrack spellspam war build

Hello, today I tried to make an ultimate thrundacrack build, but there was always something that wasn't good.
I am looking for:

- A thrundacrack spellspam / mixed mana (mixed mana is mana regen + mana steal. Looking to get more mana regen than mana steal; example: 8 mr and 4 ms, 6mr and 3ms, you get the idea so I will be able to cycle)
- 45-50k (or more) average damage on uppercut+bash
- super slow attack speed (easiest way to get it is with a necklace like eyes on all) for easier mana steal and easier curse (w6t6t6w6 powders)
- i prefer positive intelligence than negative with items like brainwash

edit: this build looks like it has very slow atkspd, but it's actually super slow (eyes on all is -8 to -4 atkspd)
