    Apart from you have a nice work gathering data of items with Legendary and Rare tag from the Item Guide, I have nothing else to say since the others said it all.
    Especially when you overly focus on the data when you don't necessaily need two different rings.

    Electric Torc
    Foreboding

    Cue Stick

    Not only would this be physically possible, but you would still have 98 skill points remaining

    I don't think full str dex is a good idea for build lol
