    It's the same with the Icy Islands boat merchant at Santa's Island. At least, I think there was one there too.

    I think Yahya might have drugged him with mushrooms, causing him to turn insane and go elsewhere and kill himself.

    I imagine it's a glitch with there plugin. My guess is that it's something with the gavel update. Could be wrong though

    I want to see a quest where you have to find boat merchants kidnapped by some evil genius who doesn't want us to go to Gavel.
