"...As if I have a place to go to..." Raya mutters uncannily before continuing to head in the direction she was going in and wandering aimlessly.

Arya I guess you could say was VERY different back then because it's been almost 40 years after she was kicked out from the place and now the old sages are dying of old age. She was in a little state of barely any emotion, thoughts of "No Reason to continue to live. I'm stuck at this age for eternity", depression, suicidal thoughts, etc.

Hence the "faded" description of her. And she isn't sassy at all duing this time unlike how she is now with the annoying Ken and all.

 

You arrive right underneath the window. To your left, you can hesr footsteps starting to increase their speed, probably due to your running.

Uh... I should honestly make a map now.
K, yoi wander through the streets for the next few hour avoiding yells for help and crys of pain.

Flaws can be removed if the situation allows.
EX, losing a fear of dogs after your gf shows you how cute and friendly they are.

 

Do I see my cloak?

 

You don't feel in anywhere near you, nor see it nearby the lights.
You do hear the sounds of snall pieces of metal clicking and rubbing against each other to your left.

 

I turn to my left and prepare to throw a punch if there's someone there.

 

You don't see anyone.
Footsteps arw now about 15 steps ahead of you. You can probably catch up, if you ran.

 

I run towards the footsteps.

 

You see a figure moving away. They're moving quickly, but still trying not to make a sound. They're obviously failing, trying to steal your coat and all that.
Hearing you, the figure looks back. Dark hai, dark eyes, and a long cloak. They start running.

 

Do they have my coat?

 

Yes. If the sounds of random objects clinking as well as an object they're holding is any indication.

 

I run up and try to punch them.

 

They stumble and fall to the ground. The fall turns into a roll and they spring forward, before leaping to the left, into an alleyway.

 

I chase them, trying to grab at their clothes.

 

They run forward, before being yanked back by you. You are dragged forward a tiny bit by the force.
They pull out a knife before running it though their clothes, escaping once more.

The boat is sailing into the distance. You wave goodbye to your family on shore. This is your first sail, and you were feeling exhilerated.
Days pass and you've grown friendly with everyone on board. But a storm's coming. The waves roll angrily and everyone but the captain goes below deck to wait out the storm.
You hear a loud crack in the sky, and the ahip splits in two.
Your body is left battered by the waves, falling into the endless darkness of the ocean...

You wake up and breathing heavily. You seem to be fine, although the ship is rocking wildly. The other guard doesn't seem to say anything wrong about it though.

 

I keep chasing them and trying to punch them.

 

They dodge this one. You grab at their clothes again and this time, they aim the dagger at your hand. You hurriedly let go and kick them. The groan and fall backwards to the ground.
Throwing your coat forward (away from you), they do a cartwheel and catch your coat before running away again.
You can hear the waves hitting the shore...
(Judging from what you've seen, the hand looked feminine, and they seem to have been hurt by the kick)

 

I keep doing what I'm doing, chasing the thief and trying to take my coat back.
"What's it even worth to you anyway?"

 

They don't respond.
After a few more turns and tuffles here and there (they may be better at acrobatics but they sure are slower than you. .-.) they leap onto a boat and run below deck. The person on deck is sitting on a chair, sleeping.

 

I go onto the boat and chase them down.

 

Imma assume you climbed a rope. >.>
They seem to know this place like the back of their hands. Your's and their footsteps resound loudly on the wooden floor. After a while, you can only hear your footsteps. They seem to have hid.
