I don't want to spoil any of my very thin future plans for this world. Lets just say that I'll be 'balancing' the magic system in the future.

Well ancient spells are powerful but taxing. Arya was only able to last so long in my rp because she has a secret talisman that no one knows about. She discretely mentioned it near the beginning however.

She obviously won't have that talisman in here, that would be stupid overpowered (legit one Egyptian Divine Word should suck up most of your energy).

Let him sleep for now, his shift will come eventually. As for me, just keep going about my business until my shift ends. (At least, I assume we work in shifts. Cause staying up 24/7 sounds like a bad idea.)

Okay. How long do you plan on staying up if he never wakes up to take a shift?

(Btw, I'mma freeze your time for a bit so that everyone else can catch up. I want to keep everyone within 10 minutes of one another, if possible. >.>)

As in, I’ll wake him up, forcefully if necessary. Static helps with this, funnily enough.

As for freezing my time, go ahead. If other people can do that somewhat successfully, so could you (I think).

Yeah, but when will you wait him up? >.> An hour after you make your rounds? 2 hours? 3?

She nods and comes over with a knife, cutting the cloth away from the wound.
She sucks in a breath upon seeing it.
    "Bandages, bottles, needles, 7, and..."
    She looks at the bowl.
    "More water."
    She turns back to you.
"Close your eyes and don't open them again until I tell you to."
    You close your eyes.
(Look at the 'If you don't open your eyes' first and then, if you ever open them, look for thr corresponding spot in the 'If you open your eyes at any point')
    1. Sharp pain around wound.
    2. You hear "Oaiduqa" (I swear, if anyone figure out how I got to this word, and what it means, I have online cookies for them)
    3. Sharp pain in your leg
    4. Water(?) is used to wipe your leg
    5. Something's directly spread on the wound
    6. Something pressing down on the wound giving more pain, before being wiped away with more water(?)
    7. Repeat step 5-6 two more times.
    8. Feel someone poke both sides of your leg
    9. "Ehuyo" (Woo, more things. Btw, this is what you believe it sounds like, and may not necessarialy be how it is spelled).
    10. Burning pain in your wound.
    11. "Ehuyo" (Woo, more things. Btw, this is what you believe it sounds like, and may not necessarialy be how it is spelled).
    12. Wiped again with water (?)
    13. The wound is wrapped.
    14. "You can open your eyes now."
She takes 6 needles, 3 in each hand and pushes them in around the wound.
She holds her hands close together above it.
"Oaiduqa" (I swear, if anyone figure out how I got to this word, and what it means, I have online cookies for them)
You feel a sharp pain in your leg, and see black green tendrils crawl out of your wound, before snaking up the needles. After a while, the tendrils turn from green to red. She immediately takes a bottle and fills it with the red, before tugging out the needles and filling it with the green.
She wipes everything away with water, and the tendrils stop coming.
Grabbing a paste, she spreads it onto the wound, before pressing down on it and then wiping it away with water again. Each time she does this, you feel a sharp pain in your leg. She does this three times.
In the end she holds out two fingers, and places them on each side of the wound.
"Ehuyo" (Woo, more things. Btw, this is what you believe it sounds like, and may not necessarialy be how it is spelled).
You feel a burning pain in your leg, and can visiblly see the wound closing itself back up.
She slumps for a bit but catches herself. Even though there's no blood, she wipes it away with water before wrapping what seems to be an unnecessary bandage around your leg.
"You can open your eyes now."
    (Are windows reflective? >.>)
There doesn't seem to be, since the only things in the room seem to be a bed, window, table and a small chest under the bed if you check there. Thrre's nothing in the chest if you check. It also has no lock.
Well, actually, if you have anything on you that's reflective, then yes.

Thankfully, I have a habit of keeping all sorts of random stuff on me.

As a child in my goblin warren, I was carrying around an old shard of glass for no particular reason, when I was attacked by a wolf. I was only able to survive because I used the glass to injure the wolf, so I could escape. Ever since, I've kept lots of random things on me, just in case.

Oo, is this a FP being spent after character creation? o-o
Anyways, I need to confirm a few things before adding it.
    1. Can I have 3 examples of these random items?
    2. Max size/weight of random items you carry.
    3. Where do you keep them?
She nods tiredly and looks towards the little girl.
"Get a... blanket. And maybe a... pillow?"
The girl runs off and she turns back to you.
"I hope you don't mind... the couch."

Let's see how this Fate Point system works out. I may as well try it.
    1. Old gambling die, rusted and dull kitchen knife, half of a broken pencil.
    2. Generally the size of stuff you fit in your pockets. At absolute maximum, something the size of a smaller IRL phone.
    3. Valkas wears an old traveling cloak with a slightly absurd amount of pockets (about fifty, give or take a few). He keeps his trinkets in the pockets.

That's alot of pockets for a small body. xD Also, 1FP (and I'll add it once I'm off mobile but feel free to start using it already)

She nods and tries to get up to her feet before falling against the wall. She waves you away if you try to get up and help her. Half stumbling, half falling, she moves into a hallway to the left and disappears.

Thirty pockets or so might be more reasonable. It's still a lot, though.

I pull out something reflective (like the old kitchen knife) and try to look at my reflection in it, using my cloak to attempt to polish it a little.

Do you want to describe yourself to yourself? (mainly to me though, cause our images of goblins may differ)
Or do you want me to attempt a description based on the little info I got (and the picture)?

I'll go with a description, although I was mainly wondering if I was wounded, muddy, covered in blood, etc. Am I?

There's dust on the knife as well as a few cracks and marks so your reflection isn't going to be perfect.
You are a bit dusty but nothing to major.
No major wounds but you do have some (like a splotch) dried blood on the right side of your face. On the cheek.
(If you want flavour, perhaps a burnt off eyebrow or a bit of your ear has been torn off? idk.)

I'm using an old kitchen knife as a mirror. Quality isn't the first thing you're expecting in these circumstances.

I wipe off the blood and look out the window. Should I actually write the description now?
