I wouldnt say his "and they let you do it" is the right words. More like "They wont speak up because its their word against his". However, lets continue. This point is not the crux, just an opinion.

I had forgotten about the "and they let you do it" line, though keep in mind his other lines. "I better have a tictac incase i start kissing her. I'm like a magnet to beautiful women, i just start kissing them". Not sexual assault but still not far from our topic at hand. Would trump really CARE if they let him or didnt? Fair point as to the fact you cannot prove the authenticity, however he's trump.
