trouble appealing ban

I have tried multiple times to appeal on the wynncraft website however it does not allow me to type in my username. My username is Robocopmark if i could either be unbanned or have this problem fixed i would very much appreciate it. I am really sorry for hacking and it wont happen again.

For anyone who is not able to make an appeal. If you're able to, input your username into the search field here https://forums.wynncraft.com/ban-appeal/. After, you won't be able to put your username again. I attached a screenshot below. If that doesn't work, please make a contact staff ticket on the official Wynncraft Discord and select contact mods.
