World Traveling Merchant

Ok, this might sound crazy, but it would be awesome if you could add a traveling merchant. The traveling merchant would give you a little more emeralds for junk rather than regular junk merchants. They would also have several types of armour to sell and several types of weapons to sell. Every few days, the traveling merchant would move to another location, and in chat, it would read to all players online "The traveling merchant has moved to somewhere in Nessak"(Or Nemract, Almuj, Troms, Ragni, Lusco, Jungle Village, or Selchar. The merchant would be hidden, and you could not see his name tag from 10 or more blocks away. Also, to prevent hackers with an ESP hack, he would only spawn if you are within 20 blocks of you. Please, no hate here, just suggestions. And if any staff see this, please let me know what your thoughts on this are.

Yeaaaah, so you want the server to kill a villager, spawn another villager somewhere else at the same time, evan as a /setblock command moves the caravan and plays a server message?

Yeah, no. That's going to lag soooo much when the guy moves.

 

Sounds a bit like terraria if you ask me. :T
