World Towns, Houses

So this might not be possible i dont know.
So i would like if there was small towns around the map (not just big citys) And in both those towns and citys you could rent a house for a certain amount of emeralds /L a weak or day, so lets say i have a lot of stuff and dont have space in my ender chest then i can rent a house in ragni (as an exsemple) i can then store my items, these houses you can teleport for free.

How the pricing will work so the are 2 things to think about, Size and how many "Zones" you can teleport, so lets say i buy a house in ragni and it has 1 zone then i can get to lets say maltic, then when i need something bigger i will sell the older and buy a bigger and with more zones, you can also teleport longer with the teleport at the house but if its over the amount of zones you got, you will pay for it (normal price)

These houses can be shared with friends, family or by youself.

This brings me to my next point, Guild houses, so Guild houses are either an appatment so the higer rank in guild the higer room you get :D (Here all who has a room will pay a rent for each room)
You can also chosse an guild house whice is a bit bigger than normal houses and the rent will be shared between players who live there, in these houses the guild master can chosse who has acccses to whice cheast's

Either that or they just should expand the banking system. Storing items is a pain, I agree :P
But, how do you plan to prevent other players using your storage. That's at least a couple of new plugins, and overall a hard work.

 

they should definitively add more spacing, maybe try to work a bit more on that thing but it looks pretty great, add a poll for yes (but you can change that)/no (but you can change that)

 

Oh no not another housing suggestion!

Housing suggestions are overall very disliked by the Wynncraft community though I would say this is one of the better ones.
Also, add a poll.

No no more housing suggestions it doesn't fit the theme of Wynncraft, everybody hates it and it won't be added.

 

Housing takes up space. To get space you need money and lag

No. Housing hasn't been added because the idea is shit.

People have tried time and time again to suggest it, and there's never been a proper housing thread that's good or balanced.

More bank space would be nice, sure, but this is the complete wrong way to go about adding that. The Better Banks suggestion is mostly balanced and far superior.

Teleporting for free is just dumb.

This isn't the sims. This is an MMORPG. Unbalanced, unnecessary, unfitting suggestion.

As other people have said, housing won't be added. It takes money (for the owners) and space on the server, and it'll be laggy. There is no practical reason for houses with the addition of some other suggestions (Better Banks, Backpacks, etc.), and the community here is (for the most part) against these suggestions (also most housing suggestions are OP, so that might be a reason).

i feel liek this would be pretty much worthless, i would like to have a town for my guild only, but there wouldnt be enough space for all the players
there are like 5 houses in each town, how are we supposed to get one each player...?

 

caves? and houses would cost kinda a lot? and like cave are for poor peoples I mean idk

 

we dont have enough caves anyways...
the villages + the caves = around 200-500 for a 500-1200 players online every moment
