I asked arch earlier this game and he said the glitch will be put in play

 

iirc, it's because it's a very well known "glitch" that the ToS designers haven't fixed for some reason. So it maaaaay be canon.

Zed can jail and execute him today and tomorrow. Hopefully.

 

I'm not saying it is right to incorporate a glitch but if the GM says so we'll have to play around it, However, I'm all for nullifying the glitch

 

If we were playing by regular ToS rules where you need to use your day abilities before a time limit runs out, we wouldn't even be having this conversation. The day phase should have ended ages ago.

 

Why...? Why would you abide by the rules of a glitch instead of the actual rules themselves? That’s so stupid. This is on the level of JP refusing to fix glitches because, “They apart of the game.”

 

Since it hasn't been fixed and the developers have said nothing about fixing it, it looks like the "glitch" is an intended feature.

Then it’s not a glitch then, and the rules are an outright lie. They should call it a powerful attack instead of an unstoppable one.
