They basically can win with any faction and have to live to the end of the game to win.

Day 1 started ~2 hours ago,
Day cycles are 12 hours long and I think the same applies to night cycles as well where each day/night period takes 12 hours.

Ehh... Then he'll need to reply as soon as he wakes up after organizing everyone's responses. .-. That's a hassle. I believe days/nighs should be 23 hours. ;p That way, you have an hour to clean up, with no one suprise PM'ing at the last moment.
