Your SK claim does make sense but what is stopping the SK from just attacking the jailor, while making the assumption that because lego was in jail and died to SK is a safe assumption, he claimed sheriff, so unless you can confirm a role that proves otherwise, it may be hasty to make a decision. Your only claim hat can make semi-sense is if you're sheriff and you are claiming that role, and even then I could've been framed assuming you are claiming sheriff right now.
