Edit: Ignore this thread for now. I am working on Tower of Infinity 2.0
Endgame content available in Wynncraft is extremely scarce. So, I decided to create this location, called the Tower of Infinity. It is just like the Tower of Ascension, but it, just like its name suggests, is infinite. Every time you complete a floor, you earn EXP equal to the number of the floor you just finished×100. Once every 10 floors, you get 2 random items for your class and close to your level (As much as 3 levels away from your class level.)and emeralds equal to your current level×10.
Each floor, one random type of non-boss monster with a level equal to the player's current level is spawned. Those monsters, like in the original Tower of Ascension, will drop 1 token when they die and you require 10 tokens to progress to the next floor.
If there is anything you'd like to add, remove, or change, say it in the comments.
And also I didn't include bosses because there aren't enough bosses.

Sounds boring and grindy. Wynn has plenty of that already. B for effort though.

The problem is when 2+ players want to do it at the same world but are different floors. I agree with @Theeef

Otherwise very I appreciate the details and poll!

where would you even put this and how would it make sense exterior wise
would it just look like TOA but it goes through a portal at the top?

Thing is if you get to a high enough floor this is an insane grind.

I'm not against the idea of a Pokémon's Battle Mansion type of end-game challenge, but the mobs would need to be pretty interesting for it to not get boring, and I think it should just be 2 enemies/1 enemies except they are at mini-boss/boss levels of strong, also every 10 floors granting an item/emerald reward sounds meh, I think it should be an item per floor and (2 · floor number) + 8, to reward the player more for getting far, I also want to mention that 100 · Floor number is actually a REALLY low amount of experience, you would need to beat 10 floors to get 1000 XP, which is absurdly low at level 103, I think it should be an starting 8000 XP if anything

Also mobs should also grow in power every next floor, or else someone could endlessly get a ridiculous amount of experience and money for it
Over all I'm not against the idea honestly, some games already do stuff like this (as I mentioned earlier, Pokémon for example) and they tend to be pretty neat pieces of end-game content if done right, the only issue aside from the ones I've mentioned that I can point out is... Where the hell will this be? what is its lore? Why does it exists?
For now my vote is a "Sounds interesting but needs a lot of refining"

Honestly, I want something more like chalice dungeons from Blood Borne, like in the expanse or dern itself.
This is an amazing video over why the Chalice dungeons are so... Horrifying? I almost feel it fits wynn best to turn something of this nature into an eldritch horror:

That by itself is an amazing video, but I also feel that another video of his explains the form of horror that the dungeons are.

It's cosmic horror, 100% Lovecraftian, but it's also... more specific? I suppose it's the call of the void.
I like the idea of the game using questions, but having the only logical place left to get answers being these dungeons,
dungeons that provide more questions then answers, of which will never end.

If you are talking about INFINITY, then oh sorry this is almost unexecutable. Some people with really good builds can go for like 1000 floors because of that (yeah depends on the increase of power of enemies). Where in the minecraft world can you build this much rooms? Each rooms would have its unique design (or maybe change every 10 floors idk) or it would be called "bland" anyway. That actually means like 100 unique designs, which is a really high workload.

For EXP, 100*(floor number) is way too low. Now you may argue that you could get 50 mil xp from floor 1-1000, but this is something I can tell you - grinding 1000 levels is UNREALISTIC and... you don't have the time to do that. So in general people do 100th floor, and they get like 10k xp each floor. The XP given is WAY less than a glowbulb without DXP. Even you can go 1000 floors, grinding glowbulb is still faster. So the starting xp should be like 5k or something, WHEN THE CURVE OF XP GIVEN EACH FLOOR SHOULD NOT BE LINEAR. A great example is XP given each floor = 5000*ln(e-1+floor)

Also you need to provide lore, nearby locations, specific items (just to give people incentives for this), or consider mythic token as a reward from a really really high floors (yeah, depends on enemy power scaling), and maybe some more information (do you need money to enter this place? If yes, how much?) etc etc

The idea is not bad but well it needs a lot of changing and explaining.

Oh Jumla above, please no chalice dungeons. PTSD aside, I do much prefer that idea because it does keep the gameplay a bit more fresh and different as opposed to just grinding the same room but with different enemies time after time. I'm not sure how well the Lovecraftian horror vibes would work with Wynncraft, as even the Silent Expanse is a lot more cheerful and lighthearted than Bloodborne (only bold and controversial statements to be made here...), but it wouldn't be hard to fit it into the lore. Hell, it could be the sewers of Ragni or something. I also really like the ability to grant debuffs to players as they go further (I didn't watch the videos so I don't know if it's mentioned, but you can do "special" chalice dungeons that grant debuffs or other disadvantages, like halving your health or buffing enemies. Wynncraft could do something like that, but a bit less... draconian.), and I especially like the ability to have a random layout, which would keep it fresh whenever you do it.

That said, it would take a ton of work to make and would eventually have to stop if for no other reason than server limitations. I think that at the end of the day, adding more unique content and fixing Gavel old content is just a better use of development time than adding another ToA clone.
