To be honest, I actually think it fits for the whole tower, because it gets you super pumped to just go higher up floors, but that's just my thought

For real though, I hope you get accepted, your music is awesome (as I say this I'm listening to your Eltom theme in the background).

PS: If you do get in though, can I suggest something quick? You know how a lot of boss battles are stale atm? Part of that has to do with design, but that's a whole other problem to fix, so in the meantime, wouldn't it be great to have some epic boss battle music to listen to? Perhaps that would ease the grindiness of some of the quest bosses, which would be awesome honestly. Quest music like the kind that they have in the Hallowynn quest would be awesome too during cutscenes, like music for Memory Paranoia!

I keep it on at all times! And yeah, I've heard the ones from the spider dungeon, those were pretty great! Anyways I'm talking about music for quests in general, such as for cutscenes and for quest bosses. And yeah, I know there are a few, but I think it would be awesome if there were more of them.

 

Yeah, I do feel like there needs to be more boss themes. Currently there's...

-Fierce Foe
This song lacks bite. It's got the hectic pace and frantic tone, but there's no OOMPH to it due to the lack of any big drums aside from the bass pedal. Needs some stronger drums on it.

-Quest Boss
A bit of a generic theme. It works for bigger bosses, but in my opinion it sounds a little too...regal, I guess? For most bosses, at least. The only boss I can really think it fitting is the Mummy.

-Nether's Lament
A bit of a bootstrapped theme here; it's used for some bosses like Charon. In my opinion it's not quite fitting for a boss theme, and should've stayed relegated to the actual Nether fights.

-Guild Wars
Strangely I don't think this actually plays IN the guild wars...this works as another generic bootstrapped theme without as much of a dire feel as Quest Boss, but again in my opinion it should remain relegated to actual guild wars(and if it doesn't work in guild wars...one more thing to pile on with guild fixes, whenever that happens).

-Bob's Reincarnation
Yeah it's an awesome theme, but it's relegated to just Bob due to the circumstances surrounding the song.

-Mistress of the Hive
Similar to Bob's Reincarnation, Qira's battle theme is also too specific to really be applied to other battle scenarios effectively. It's a waltz JUST for her.


So, ignoring the bootstrapped Nether's Lament and Guild Wars, that's two boss themes we can really use. I don't disagree that we need more boss music, I'm just saying that we actually do have boss music set to -play-. I'm wondering why Needlr never bothered to give us Ferocious Foe...

 

Did he ever give you guys River or Upbeat Fight v2?
Hopefully if I win you can use this theme for a few bosses or something :p

 

I don't recall what River sounded like, and Upbeat Fight got modified and turned into Guild Wars.

It doesn't play naturally, but it's the only music available if you open up the jukebox during a war.
