    He was nerfed a while ago, the old version was mainly RNG based, I don't want that back, but increasing the damage that can be dodgeable with enough skill and not up to RNG should be increased in my opinion.

    A buff is in order.
    Cybel, compared to his previous incarnation, is a lot weaker than it should be. I can understand Dr. Legendary being hard (that one's expected anyways), but Cybel definitely needs a buff right now, with RNG being less prevalent in his attacks (spell patterns, maybe?).

    Last time I tried it it was really laggy, the difficulty came from that lol

    It could go with a little buff, nothing too big.

    Yeah its pretty laggy.. but using wynntils and optifine made my pc go smoother.
    But still...

    Were you using underlevelled gear? The insane thief is one of those random weak quest bosses that you kill in 9 seconds

    The nerfed cybel and wybel are much easier than before, they're still decent but not nearly as hard as before

    A while ago, I believe. Not sure if it was 1.19, but I think it was in one of those later patches.

    From my experience, he is LI's hardest boss (I did Cybel with a fire/thunder build no pot, not much trouble at all, Dr. Legendary with the same build was much more challenging) or at least one of the hardest ones.
