World /toggle Title

I previously made the exact same suggestion, but it's been locked and I've decided to repost it!

It's a simple concept: doing /toggle title will make it so any discoveries, city enterings, etc. will not appear as a title, only in the chat. Currently, it appears in both places (not sure for the normal discoveries). It is pretty obstructing when you're grinding by a city or dungeon and the huge title appears and you get murdered by all the mobs.

I mean, why not, but at the same time, each big discovery is once, and you may not see it in the chat for multiple reasons (even though there's a sound so yea xd)

Also, no, small discoveries don't appear on the middle of the screen ;)

But sure, if it isn't too hard to code, I don't mind

lootrunning and you see that like 20 times in 15 minutes (for me at least)

i dont see any real problems
