World /toggle Title [12 Supporters And Counting!]

Heyo, my first suggestion \(^-^)/

My suggestion is a toggle for titles. If you don't know what I'm talking about, approach a city or dungeon. The thing that pops up in front of your face, it's called a title. It sometimes can be a bit annoying, like when you're grinding near a city (like Llevigar trolls).

I don't think this is particularly difficult to code, but then I haven't got much coding experience.

Let me know what you guys think, whether this might impact speed of updates (cough guilds) or is something that can improve overall experience.
