(Seriously though, you applied close to three years ago and for some reason I never noticed it. You had been one of the first people that ever applied. I apologize that I never got back to you because of the circumstance in which I stated.

Ultimately though, thank you. It was the early people like you who applied that gave such hope and encouragement.)
