Game Mechanics Timelocked should give back half the winded it spends.

    Timelocked, as of now, is an ability that not only is considered bad, but is lambasted for being an ability that will only be a detriment to fellow players.

    This is because you are draining their dps to increase your dps, which usually is less than 10 Lightbenders all using winded.

    What I suggest to fix this (besides making winded client sided) is to make Timelocked give back half the winded it spends to activate.

    So for instance, if you spent the full 60 winded, it'll give 30 back to the strongest enemy. if you spend 30, it'll give back 15, etc.

    I'm not to sure about this myself, and I'm just kinda spitballing. I really like Timelocked, but the fact it's such a detriment to team senarios is sad.

    I think the main issue with Timelocked, as far as I'm aware (I haven't played Riftwalker as I main Lightbender), is that Riftwalker is mainly about building up over time, and its ultimate ability resets that buildup. So, yeah, reducing the winded cost on Timelocked from All to Half would help. But I feel like Riftwalker in general needs more work.
