It's actually basically optimal, since panderift doesn't give you room for other things. Unless you're willing to ditch mana completely and leave spell casting to pandemonium!

Not much to improve since third eye/panderift is such an optimal combo though, it's painful

that's not better, since stardust only contributes 9 SP anyway due to being over reqs and you lose basically everything to use sitis.
