time dilation sound effect on riftwalker

every time i sprint or walk (after sprinting for awhile) this sound appears. every single time. i genuinely get headaches from having this constant sound play whenever i sprint, which is all the time. i have tried everything to try and disable this, ive lowered every volume filter on minecraft but the sound effect is only affected by the master volume. i have also tried sound muffler, i played every single audio from the menu and none of it was the same time dilation sound effect. i have tried opening closed captions, switching recent to all in sound muffler, and nothing represents this sound. so please for the love of god, is there any way to actually disable it without muting the game??
