Mage/Dark Wizard Help Thunder/water Mage

I am looking to build a high dmg water/thunder mage and need some extra mana regen, is there a ring that gives 2/4 mana regen other than moon pool circlet?
and does anyone have good pants for this build?

I'm not great with builds, but there's Suppression that gives 3/4s but has -health, -ls and -ms

 

Thanks. I remember there is a legendary low level ring that gives 2/4 mr and Nothing else or am I wrong?

I do infant use melee in my build when I run out of mana becuase currently I don't have a memento, is it worth it to get a suppression or nah?

 

Maybe not.
By the continous nerf of Suppression, it became worse.
I mean, the impact from it by using melee is really hurtful.
(I'd suggest you to use the other mana items instead, even if it is 1 mana regen)
moon pool circlet is still 2 mana regen

 

I don't have my water voucher and I believe I lost the item I bought. Rest in pepperoni.
