Archer/Hunter Help Thunder/water/fire Tank Archer?

Does anyone have a Thunder/Water/Fire Archer w/LifeSteal+ManaSteal+LootBonus(minimal but some)? I see a lot of "Water Archer" and "Thunder Archer" and "Air Archer" builds, but I am interested in a more tanky lifestealer. Just wondering. I was thinking of a build with these pieces, but I don't know where to get

I don't mind having no skill points into air ... except I saw Gemini. I think Hephaestus-Forged Greaves would be better. Any thoughts on the build are encouraged. lol
