    Why?
Ofc it's not a replacement for farming but a slower way through. I think it could add more value and purpose to housing other than cool builds and the convenience of using NPCs/tables. I can imagine an entire guild in housing farming in fully decorated areas. Ofc, it's a slower and maybe inefficient way of farming but it'd be a good alternative plus it'd add value to housing/ for more ppl to waste their time when they don't want to do quests/lvling/etc but still progress.

    Balancing?
obv it would be very op if ppl just bought 100 farms and stood there and afk farmed for free lvls.
    I would suggest

-A forced spacing limit on farms, forcing farms to be placed x amount of blocks from each other.
-Make it extremely expensive to purchase.
Or/and make it possible for stuff to drop seeds for farms.
Exp: Farming a wheat has a .1% of dropping a seed that you can place in housing/maybe even make expensive to place the seed in housing, or even drops through other sorts of mobs/farming quests.
-Make it limited harvest; you can only farm 100 wheat per seed. So you have to get more and you wouldn't spend all of eternity farming a single wheat.
-Make it longer to farm while inside the housing. very adjustable idk exactly.
    -Disable it for HICH players
    -Guild exclusive? idk

    Conclusion
So this is what I think the replay cycle would be,
Acquiring the seeds through open market if you're rich/drops -> go into housing and building an area for it -> farm until you're out. I think it could be rewarding and addicting while being balanced if done right. It increases players using housing because of increased usage/way to progress and professions in general because of the ease of simply planting a seed and farming it instead of planning an excursion from the base game to do something that if you don't invest a lot of time in, it's not going to benefit you. Lmk what you guys think. I hope this isn't a horrible idea because personally i would use this and i think if introduced properly, a lot of new players would use this and get into professions more.
