This New 1.17 Feature Could Be Huge For Wynncraft

That does not work with shaders, I've tried it before. I think you need to use Wynntil's fullbright even to use shaders in caves and stuff, and when that happens, it looks trash.


Also, Wynntils will stay in the version Wynncraft is mostly compatible with, such as currently, 1.12.2. Unless Wynncraft changes a ton of things to make 1.17 the most compatible thing, but the lag problem server side would bring the tps down to 1 or something bad like that.

Also, no matter how good your computer is, if 1.17 becomes Wynncraft's main version, it makes the TPS drop drastically because of how bad 1.12.2 is for servers, making your game lag no matter how good your computer is.

 

i never said 1.17 should become the main version, just that it should be a supported version

 

Even if it does, that would still not function, as wynncraft only uses things that are in 1.12.2, as even though 1.16 and stuff are compatible, it doesnt use blocks in those versions, but even though wynncraft runs on 1.9, it uses 1.12.2 blocks also, because that is the intended way to play it.

 

inb4 minecraft crashes because you look at a silver conure in 1.9
