Bug Thieving Rodents (& Other Quests (?)) Not Awarding Emeralds

It's quite difficult to get emeralds without quests so I am very fond of keeping touch of my inventory. Apparently, finishing quest "Thieving Rodents" did not award me any emeralds. Right here it says that I was given +20 emeralds, but in reality I just had the same amount of emeralds I had before finishing it.

My inventory is not even full, I still have a space open in my hotbar.





Two others (@Santacuzz + @Creaam ) who just completed the quest thought the same thing --



We can safely assume that quest 'Thieving Rodents' does not reward any emeralds and may need to be fixed.



IMPORTANT EDIT -
It seems as if other quests is also not awarding emeralds.

 

There was a report about this on the github, I believe whoever tried to fix the original issue forgot a little something.

Either that or your existing emeralds messed it up

 

This mistake has been here for years, its only thieving rodents.
