Theories behind the banish the beyond lobby npc?

For example, there's an NPC that allows you to ask about the spirits. He goes on rants such as "Ah, this spirit. I used to hold hope for her" when we were asking about the executioner. What are the theories for every other dialogue about other spirits, and what do these words mean?

The Keeper is Mael Twain, the guy from A Grave Mistake and the guy who taught Bob how to use a bow I think
The Terror is Panic Zealot from the Bottomless Pit boss altar
The Wanderer is Garvan from Hollow Serenity

 

It's funny that Krolton's redesign was revealed by the banish the beyond skin instead of his actual new model that was intended to be in game with 2.1 release

 

those npcs are hired by the real death, maybe thats why they dont like fake death
