Official Event The Wynnter Secret Santa

I assume that most of you still have the chance to meet up with your Secret Santa and recipient while I will only be able to after 3 weeks or so. Not that only I am creating inconvenience, it is that I also can't fulfill my responsibility of my role for this event.
To put it this way, I have reserved 4 more days after the 25th expecting that this would happen but I see that this still can't save the problem...

I haven't received my item too, i am trying to contact the persson to give the item but it is really HARD.. It seems like we have diferrent timezones... Big problem here!

I think someone was going to give me my item a week ago, but then bloody red text crashed the server before we could meet up, and since then I have received no further messages in game.

I've already given my secret Santa his/her gift, but I'm still waiting on mine. I waited until now to bring this up since I was gone for 4 days on a camping trip. Now I will be playing more often again, so feel free to remind my person if they gave up or forgot.
