The Wynncast Is Looking For Theorists!

Y'know, with the Hallowynn event-to-be-announced, I (personally) think that this cloud is going to act like a gateway or portal to the event itself (to a battle against the Wybel-chef Jumla?)

 

After thinking about it, the cloud being a portal makes sense. The tweet that came with this pic reads "The eye of a storm is usually safe... right?" The eye of the storm is the center, so the tweet suggests that we will be in the center of this cloud, where it's safe... right? No, it isnt. The ending of that statement suggests that we will be going to a dangerous place, most likely with several mobs and who-knows-what.

Either way, that's just a theory.

 

Well here is what I think:

The 1st teaser could be hinting to....NEW SPELLS.
Since powder specials are already great so idk why they would be adding "double powder specials.

Then for the Wybell thing:

1. They could be a way to get money by selling their meat (the other teaser), but the right ones would be harder to find.

2. Or they could just be pets that evryone could get using emeralds/real money.

And since Pretzule said that every teaser had 1 thing in common it could be that:

(Hinting to the missing Salted thing)

To get the new spells you would need to find let's say a "Spell master" who will teach you that new spell.

And the same thing for Wybells. You will need to find a Wybell somewhere on the map and if you would want he wpuld join your "party". Or you would kill him for his meat :c .

But that's just a theory! A Wynn theory, thx for reading.

We aren't riding any waves. Everyone's free to theorize. You don't have to berate everyone who's not some 'theory veteran'.

If you ask me it's a powder ability merging different elements. It's probably thunder+water+air. It could also possibly be just water+air (cause water creates thunder) dealing thunder damage.

 

You guys still need theorists? I'd like to help out, if it's actually necessary.

Can reach podcast recording time? Depends, seeing as I'm in a hella different timezone.

 

I mean I've been dropping hints on what this all relates to in quite a few of my comments. But as I said, why would there be gameplay stuff if we just had a gameplay update?

 

Not saying you can't theorize because someone did it before you (that's stupid that's like saying I can't do at and funny posts cause someone did it before me)
What bothers me is that the current group of "theorists" make theories with huge assumptions that barely rely on any evidence from the lore or the game and that they jump to conclusions to easily. (Which is logical btw, ya'll started being active after the old theories and after 9/7).
Now that I it's own is kinda ok, but when anyone tries to debunk or even comment on a theory he gets greeted with the "super secret circle of theorists already debated this" approach which feels like you are condescending over the whole community.

The last time I remember theorists creating a secret cult, that didn't end very well.

The point if that we're not a cult and not even an actual group, all we have a chat to exchange information. I admit we theorize with more conjecture than others, but conspiring to shut people down or trying to create a monopoly of theories.
