According to their postings, the "event distribution chain" starts in February with Mew, and the next one in the Pokedex order in March (Celebi), then Jirachi in April, Manaphy in May, Darkrai in June (I know I said July earlier, my mistake), Shaymin in July, Arceus in August, Keldeo in September, Meloetta in October, Genesect in November, and....... No Diancie? You give us Diancie once, show us a picture of Hoopa for one year, then FINALLY give it to us, and no new Diancie for the new players???

Whoa new pokemon? What the...?

It looks like a steel Diancie. Come on can we just get a new game announcement already I'm tired of all these new pokemon and new forms.

 

As someone who likes clockwork/steampunk stuff: this is awesome. Altaria has competition as my favorite pokemon.

 

POKEMON DIRECT!



You heard me correct! A Pokemon Direct is coming! The official Pokemon twitter says there's "big news" coming, making further implications that we're getting a new game announcement. It's only about 5 minutes in length though so don't expect a ton of news, maybe just a trailer and then some additional information. Get hyped, and be there Friday for the big news.

 

Calling it right now:

1. Pokémon Go Release Date
2. Pokken Tournament stuff
3. Pokémon Z/Gen 7 stuff

And, in a perfect world:
4. Pokémon Ranger 4
Although that's not gonna happen.

 

It's a 5-minute direct, don't expect them to have a ton of announcements. I guarantee half of the direct will just be them talking about how it's Pokemon's 20th anniversary. At best, we're going to get two announcements. I think they're just gonna give info about March's legendary distribution, and have a trailer for the next Pokemon game. Pokemon GO seems unlikely, it's not even on a Nintendo platform.

 

Five minutes? That sucks. Y'know what else sucks? It happens while I'm at school. (Seriously, why would they do this at 10 AM EST?)

 

Because Nintendo and The Pokemon Company both forget that there's countries other than Japan.
