That's just the anime- it's being retitled to XY and Z.
However we may be getting a Z game too. I don't really know at this point- is the whole Zygarde thing just a part of the anime, or are they actually going to try implementing it into the game(s)?

Bump, but Pokemon just uploaded their Pokken invitational in 2015 Worlds. Thoughts so far?

The Pokemon Mystery Dungeon side series is by far my favorite. The dungeon crawler element, lots of different unique items, and the feels and epic storyline just make it stand out from the other games. Plus, you can't ignore the fact that you're a Pokemon in the world of PMD.

I was so hyped for Gates To Infinity when it came out, too. It had potential, but after the main storyline, there wasn't really a replay element or side-storyline, which kind of sank the whole experience to a 3/10 for me. It doesn't help that there are, what, less than 200 pokemon available in the game? Also, did I mention the DLCs? Nobody wants Pokemon to turn into EA. Come on.

Anyway, I have high hopes for Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon. It's time for this series to redeem itself after making a really shitty game. Some things that I'm hoping are in this game are:

1. Food System
2. Move Leveling (from GoI; it was actually a pretty cool feature)
3. A great side-storyline, like Time, Darkness, and Sky's with Darkrai and Cresselia.
4. Feel Factor (This is a staple of PMD, how can it be left out?)
5. The Personality Test (One of my favorite things in the PMD series, it was so fun!)
6. Big Bad Friend Trope (Or another twist of the magnitude)
7. All the Pokemanz

 

You forgot being able to befriend Kecleon. I want a Pokemon that I can befriend with 255 stats across the board.

 

Hoopa will be distributed in GAME stores in the UK until November 5th. For Americans, you can get one at... McDonalds from November 26th to December 23rd.

The announcement for the US distribution was quickly removed so we can't be 100% sure but it seems pretty likely.

I'm surprised that I haven't posted on here yet. Probably because nothing has interested me that much yet. I've never been able to get into Mystery Dungeon, and Pokémon Go has MAJOR potential, but I'm bracing myself for a big let down. The Hoopa thing is just meh. Someone wake me up when we get Pokémon Ranger 4. Then I'll be happy.
