Your boy Guzma was still a chump even 5 levels above me. Luckily there's some wild pokemon that I'm actually able to grind on Route 10 so I might be able to finally catch up.

 

I... why are people saying the game is hard? None of my Pokemon have hit the red bar.

 

Help I'm at the Aether Paradise and my team is severely underlevelled give me more trainers to grind pls you stupid game I don't want to use the exp share

EXP share made the originals a joke, EXP share is for N O R M I E S

 

Exp Share is a lovely item. I mean. Sure the game is a little harder but just grind please. Trainers aren't just used for money! Use them for their Pokemon.

 

Aaaaaaah there's nothing to grind and Lusamine is wrecking me.

 

tbh is this game even good
im past the altar of the sunne and it just feels like 80% of the game was copy/paste from sun and moon and that theres nothing else after the altar besides spoiler boss fight

also is ultra megapolis even explorable after said fight because if not im going to feel bamboozled by gamefreak

Ya they really dropped the ball on it. Could've at least had a male and female citizen model that they just copy paste for every resident and made it a small town. And I swear those spikes blocking the roads weren't there when they first showed it off so I think they bamboozled us.

 

expectation: NEW ROUTES! NEW TRAINERS! NEW CATCHABLE ULTRA BEASTS! NEW ITEMS! NEW AREAS HOLY FUCKING SHIT THIS WILL BE THE BEST POKEMON GAME EVER
reality: this game rips off of its predecessor fuck this game

Eh, I'm still enjoying it just cause I loved Sun, and I'm enjoying the challenge since I decided to turn off the EXP share this run. Still though, it's even less different than the reviews made it seem to be. Granted there is one cool difference shortly after the Ultra Megalopolis stuff but nothing huge. I'm just hoping at least the postgame is as good as it was advertised. It'd be hard to screw that much up unless some of the legendaries they showed off literally aren't there or something.

 

to be honest i couldn't find myself enjoying this game a lot, revamped trials were cool and all but honestly the difficulty spikes (even with exp share on) and the literal copy/paste shit from SM makes this a major disappointment imo
