I’m assuming my assailant is holding the knife in icepick grip because that’s logical in this situation.

Ceridwen would make to grab whichever arm is holding the knife to keep it away from her. With her other hand, she fumbles for one of her knives. If she finds one, she’ll stab upward into a non-fatal spot and telekinesis them up so she can roll to her feet.

(That’s a long string of actions so stop me if I get interrupted anywhere in there)

Ceridwen takes hold of one of her knives and stabs it upwards into a non-fatal spot. She then uses telekenisis to get them off her so she can roll to her feet.
That doesn't stop the man with the gun from pulling the trigger.
The loud sound of a gunshot fills the air and this time, it hits Ceridwen's right shoulder (let's steal Azura's wording) making her body jerk backwards and blood come out of the wound. Pain "erupts" in Ceridwen's shoulder.

What now?

As soon as their hands make contact, Myr is suddenly blasted about 30-40 feet away thankfully not into a hard wooden wall of a building.
The Tracker who was going to get hit by Myr wisely steps out of the way.
The rest of the town members step a little back catiously.

Elias, coming from his house decides to walk to the center square today.
While walking to the center square, he comes across some houses that have been marked in red.
"The Mafia was here."
"Submit to the Mafia."
Elias continues to the main square to find the town's most trusted members and two kids all in a cirle... well more like the trusted members were in a semi circle and the two girls were inside the circle.
The trusted members included William Phips the Mayor, Cotton Mather the Tracker, Martha Corey the Psychic, Edward Bishop the Lookout, and Samuel Sewall the Crusader.
Elias never trusted the Psychic though, especially when they had that faint orange aura surrounding them, claiming to see who was evil and good every day.
What was more interesting though was that the two girls also had orange aura's around them. One of them had a faint orange aura while the other had a strong orange aura.
They turn to each other and the more powerful witch extends a hand.
The other accepts the hand shake... only to be blasted 30-40 feet away on the ground. The tracker wisely steps out of the way for he was also going to get hit by the flying body if he had not.
The rest of the members step back catiously.
Smoke can be seen rising over some buildings on the opposite side from you.
