Kayla teleports on top of a roof of a building across fomr the hospital which has now been consumed into fire.
She is able to spot several wounded, one dead person with a huge chunk of debris going through their body, and a woman somewhat wounded going around the crowd and oddly yet somehow being able to heal all the wounded she touches.

However, she comes across this one body and stops at it. She seems unable to heal the man and from afar, they seem to be muttering something.

I was going to say that the man proceeded to get up while Tsu was distracted with Tisaun and started to bolt away.
